Very good condition with a few spots around the corners of the covers. No mustiness detected. Brochure from the original owner.
UPDATES:
1)
the official Ford form number of the brochure is on the back cover, lower right corner: "FD-7524";
2)
on the inside back cover, someone has underlined information about tire sizes with blue pencil, pressing hard enough to make some faint lines in the outer back cover, note by the photos that these are very hard to see or feel;
3)
some photos of the brochure have small, faint grey spots near the right edges of the pictures
– those are in my camera and not on the item.
