    Description

    For sale is a 1955 John Deere Model 40W, two row utility tractor. It is in overall good condition. Three-point, PTO. All fluids have been recently changed. A new 6-volt battery has been installed. All lights work. A new canopy was installed. New seat. The only mechanical issue is the main axle bearing that is making noise. It runs very well except of the noise from the bearing. The sign I have on the tractor shows 1953, I've been told that it's incorrect, and it is actually a 1955. Original serial number plate is in place.
