You will receive 3 brand new saws. One will be perfectly sealed in the package. The plastic shroud around the other two has let loose and has been taped back on to protect the knives. This is new old stock so some of the tape may be a bit yellowed do to age. This only effects the packaging. The saws are still brand new and unused.
Blade material is heat treated 5 carbon tool steel. It is thinner at the top and thicker at the teeth which assures clog free sawing and a finished cut so smooth it appears to be planed. Blade locks open.
Hard chrome-plated surface for greater hardness and rust resistance.
Special design teeth makes additional setting unnecessary. Each tooth is pitched to 2.25 mm, is ground to knife edge sharpness and will never need resharpening in normal use. The teeth cut on the pull stroke.
The handle is wood textured polypropylene foamed resin. Lightweight and providing a comfortable grip. The blade folds into the handle for storage and carrying.
