Allis Chalmers C tractor narrow front end sickle bar mower rear belt drive

Description

An Allis-Chalmers C farm tractor with a side mounted sickle bar mower. This barn find tractor was recently purchased at a local auction. It was in the barn for many years. I brought it home and installed a new 6 volt battery, put points in the magneto and now it has spark. I cleaned out the gas tank and it turns over but the carburetor leaks gas badly. I did not get it to run. It has a very hard to find side mounted sickle bar mower on it and also a rear power take off belt drive assembly. It looks to have a hydraulic lift on the mower. The tires hold air but are old and cracked. I can't make out the serial number but I was told because it has a magneto and not a regular ignition it should be a 1940 until 1943 model. This a very complete unit that need restoration. I have to many projects and would like to move this to somebody that will fix it. Pick up is in Ringoes N.J. 08551.
