John Deere 4010 HST * 67 Hours * Excellent Condition * 4WD * Dual PTO

John Deere 4010 HST, 4WD, Dual PTO (Mid and Back PTO's), 5 way hydraulic blade 54" wide, 19 HP Diesel. Very good condition less than 67 hours!!   This has a 3 cylinder diesel engine with 18.5 HP.   These tractors were made up until 2005 and this one has been in storage until about a year ago.   This was originally purchased by someone that was 80 years old and decided they wanted to go farming.  After using for a few months they decided at their age it was too difficult to get up on the tractor and run so parked in a garage and occasionally used for items like removing snow or leveling out some dirt.
Includes a John Deere 54" Belly Mower but needs front brackets (these 2 brackets got lost in storage but these can be ordered through John Deere for 0 or 0.I don't believe this John Deere belly was ever even used and new this mower is around ,000 by itself). Tires and everything on this tractor are in very good condition and it's seen very little use. I've ran this tractor at 10 F with no issues! Very clean unit and everything works.
Look around and you'll find these John Deere 4010 HST tractors for ,000 and ,000 with 800 hours online. This one only has 67 hours.   The current replacement John Deere tractor with these options is easily over ,000 or ,000.  It's like getting an almost brand new John Deere for almost 40% off.  I've put about 25 hours on this tractor in the past year and had absolutely zero issues.  It's a solid unit and ready to work.
Tractor is located in Fort Collins, CO.  A deposit of 0 is required within 48 hours using paypal after purchasing and rest is either ca$h or wire transfer.  After buying I will send you an invoice for the initial 0.   No money orders or checks.   Would prefer buyer pickup, inspect tractor and pay upon taking delivery.
