John Deere 4010

Description

John Deere 4010, gas tractor. Excellent barn find. Selling as a parts tractor because I don’t know the history. But I think it has restoration potential. I put a good battery in it and it rolls over fine but I think it needs gas tank cleaned out, new gas, and carburetor cleaned. Tractor does roll and move when pulled but I can not get tractor to come out of gear, something seems to be stuck. One door is missing on the cab, but all glass on cab is good. Does have steps on both sides of cab. Manifold is cracked. Radiator is full of antifreeze. Motor oil level is good. Tractor has a rollomatic front end and also has power steering. Sheet metal is in very good shape. Paint is just peeling- very little surface rust. Hour meter shows 5832. All tires hold air but need to be replaced. No calcium. Tractor has 1 set of hydraulic remotes, 1000 rpm PTO, and a 3 point hitch. Do have a way to help load. This tractor is used and is being sold as is.
