I never actually used as a chalkboard, however I don't know if the prior owner did (purchased at an antique shop).
Approximate Measurements 14.75" x 23.75"
I am not a professional antique dealer, however, looking/comparing this to other similar chalkboard signs, I would consider this as in good condition, because for its age it is in good condition due to the fact that most of the signs/chalkboards that I've seen typically have major dents, rusting, and/or holes-this does not.
