This is an older banner in good overall condition. This is made of a cloth type material and has some dirt,stains and general wear such as fraying some along the edges. This banner with fringe measures 35 X 23 inches. I see some clear tape holding a section of the fringe along the bottom on. This can be easily repaired with glue or thread though. This looks to be from the 1940-50s era sometime. I don't think the string to hang this is the original string though it could be. Look at the photos to judge the condition for your self.
