With this MLB game-used baseball, future Hall of Famer Paul Goldschmidt of the St. Louis Cardinals reached 1st base on an error in the bottom of the 9th inning of what turned out to be the Cardinals' 1-0 victory over the Miami Marlins on June 16, 2021, at Busch Stadium in St. Louis.  When a different baseball was in play, GOLDSCHMIDT SCORED THE WINNING RUN on Yadier Molina's WALK-OFF single.  This baseball is also noteworthy in that it was pitched by Marlins star pitcher Sandy Alcantara who pitched a complete game for the Marlins.
This game-used baseball has been authenticated by Major League Baseball.  The MLB Authentication information is shown with the photos.
This baseball comes in a clear plastic display cube labeled by Cardinals Authentics.
