This is a scarce early paper bound book from 1917 that is titled " Facotry Facts from Ford".
This features 68 pages of text and b/w photos from mostly the Ford plants in Dearborn, Michigan. Filled with facts and statistics. There are also pages about educational an profit sharing provided for employees and shows  homes of employees after profit sharing.
Article on English being taught at the Ford Plant as many of the employees were immigrants.
Article on the Photgraphic department
Offers many interesting figures fom 1903-1917.
Shows the Ford Motor Band .
2 back pages shows a picture of each building across the US.
It really is an interesting booklet.
Measures about 6" x 9".
Cover has some wear at spine and some smudges.
Inside is clean and complete.
Very scarce piece that is original.
Has date 7-15-17 on back page.
