    Description

    Vintage 1939-40 World's Fair VITEX-GLAS Clear Glass Fruit Knife
    Good vintage condition, considering this is depression glass.
    There are a few small knicks on the blade, see photos.
    Souvenir Vitex Glas Knife from the 1939 New York World's Fair.
    Was meant to be used on citrus fruit, cakes, meringue pies and jello.
    (No longer functional as a knife, only a collector's or conversation piece)
    In the original box but pretty beat up. The knife also has lots of knicks and breaks so I would say they didn't pay attention to the instructions!
    Still a good collector's memorabilia piece.
