Vintage 1977 Ziggy/7-UP Collector Series Glasse "Here's To Good Friends" - Set/2
Vintage Set of 2 Ziggy/7-UP "Here's To Good Friends Collector Series Glasses made by Universal Press Syndicate.  These are promotional glasses for 7-Up with the iconic comic strip character Ziggy that debuted in 1977 and there was 4 glasses in the series.  Each glass depicts Ziggy with his animal friends and on the reverse side of each glass has Ziggy and his friends standing under an umbrella on which the 7-UP Collector Series wording appears.  This listing is for 2 glasses and 1 has Ziggy in a red shirt walking his toy duck, seagull showing affection for it and 1 has Ziggy in a blue shirt and showing affection to his goldfish in a bowl.  Each glass has a footed glass base and flairs slightly inward to the top rim.
Each glass stands 5 1/4" tall x 2 7/8" wide at the top rim and both are in good used condition free of any chips or cracks.  For the most part, the images on each glass is still nice and vibrant with a minor missing piece on Ziggy's head on the red glass and a small black spot on the back umbrella but nothing to take away from the overall beauty of this set.  Would make a wonderful addition to any advertising glass collection or anyone who loved or still loves Ziggy or 7-UP.
Vintage and antique items have been loved and used by the previous owner so please expect for there to be some imperfections. If there are any major imperfections such as age cracks, rust, chips, etc I will do my best to list them. I will combine shipping if you buy multiple items when I can.
