One piece is 26" x 22", and the other piece is 100" long (the pattern goes the long way), and 27" wide. The spot in picture 8 is about 12" down and 12" from the edge of the piece that is 100" long. Pictures 9-11 are pictures of a twin size fitted sheet. The elastic is no longer stretchy.
